Born 1971, Russ Mills is a British artist and freelance illustrator. Completing a BA in Graphic Art and Design he began working with pen, pencil and a computer, spending almost 20 years crafting his skills. With a strong skillset in drawing he describes his creations as dwelling "in a netherworld between urban fine art and contemporary graphics".
