Dusk Maiden of Amnesia 黄昏乙女×アムネジア Tasogare Otome × Amnesia is an anime adaptation by Silver Link of a manga written and illustrated by "Maybe".  The Anime began airing on April 8, 2012.
A legend persists in the renovated Private Seikyō Academy, that once upon a time there was a girl who was left behind in the old, abandoned school building to die. Imagine the surprse then when a student Teiichi Niiya meets a beautiful, mysterious girl named Yūko Kanoe, the ghost of the ill fated student. Teiichi is determined to help the girl remember the tragic event and together they set out to discover the truth behind the gruesome legend.
