Henri Cartier-Bresson (1908 - 2004), French photographer considered by many to be the creator of modern photojournalism. Cartier-Bresson spent more than three decades on assignment for Life magazine. He traveled without bounds, documenting some of the greatest upheavals of the 20th century.
